2007-03-09 - Added apache to webmasters group. -nk\\
2007-03-19 - installed postfix rpm (not running) -nk\\

2007-05-02 - reconfigured httpd to NOT listen on 208.96.15.254 (BALUG - will use separate scripts and config files for BALUG) -- mpaoli\\

2007-05-26 - new.balug.org. is now delegated from Internet DNS with primary master on 208.96.15.254 -- mpaoli\\
2007-05-27 - tweaked firewall rules to open up tcp 443 (https) and 8000 (for web testing) -- mpaoli\\
2007-05-30 - DNS zone balug.org. now has slave(s) of primary master ns1.balug.org.; not yet Internet registrar delegated, but anticipated we'll have that in the coming day(s)/week(s) -- mpaoli\\
2007-06-02 - tweaked postfix to have it //not// listen on 208.96.15.254 (BALUG will want to do something fairly independently on 208.96.15.254 TCP port 25) -- mpaoli\\
2007-07-25 - upgraded Dokuwiki to 2007-06-26b release, minor problem with "indexdir" in upgrade, but otherwise minimal testing looks good.  NOTE: to perform upgrade, saw that it might be a good idea(despite conventional wisdom) to enable htaccess files per directory and made required change in apache config -- jturner\\
2012-03-07 for the balug qemu-kvm VM (balug-sf-lug-v2.balug.org, et. seq.) on vicki, once again made file:/var/local/log/log (the successor to file:/home/admin/log) publicly accessible/exposed to The Internet at: [[http://www.archive.balug.org/log.txt]] - most relevant "log" (for humans) details can be found there for that guest VM -- Michael Paoli\\
